In last one decade or so, textile mills have switched over from Ring Frame spindle speed from 14000 to 23000. The old design spindle lubricating machine was not capable of fulfilling needs of spindle lubrication because most of these makers had no original technical knowhow by research but these machines were copied from one another. The technical knowhow of world trusted maker of JAPAN is implemented in a new generation machine SPIRACLEAN by EXEMPLAR ENTERPRISES. Almost all leading Textile Mill Groups of India use this machine for their high speed Ring Frames. A special design of nozzles accomplishes cleaning and lubricating of TFO also in a scientific way like in Ring Frame spindles.
Autolevellers for Cards
While converting lap fed card to chute fed cards, most of the basic provisions for maintaining the weight per yard (hank) of lap is removed. Thus there is no control over the lap and lap weight variation was more. These variations are normally called “Long Term Variations”. Autoleveller takes care of such hank variations to improve the quality of final yarn. Today all the world carding machine manufacturers supply such Autolevellers as built in equipment on their cards. However, those mills who have done conversions of their Lap fed card into Chute fed cards need a retrofit Autolevellers. Many Indian mills have already installed our Autoleveller on their carding machine.
VPS Drive

Airoclean
The Company also has completed their design and prototype manufacture of air curtain system for restricting entry of outside air to inside to maintain inside atmosphere dirt and dust free. For Air-conditioned rooms outside hot air is not allowed inside and vice versa. This is useful where door openings are frequent like in Hospitals, Commercial malls, Research Laboratories & offices.
